Accounts and Administrative Assistant

£13500-£14500 per annum

Full time (36 hours per week) and Permanent

Fantastic opportunity to join our team at Herts Solutions (HSL) and since 2013 we are in the market, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. HSL is specialise in IT System, network and security consultancy. HSL is expanding and have a strong emphasis on customer service and look to develop long lasting partnerships with clients, vendors and partners.

As a result of the business growing there has become a need to employ an Accounts and Administrator Assistant.

Role Responsibilities:

Generate invoices

Match invoices to delivery notes

Check and reconcile vendors & supplier statements

Set up new accounts and maintain existing clients details

File invoices and statements

Deal with purchase ledger enquiries

Process staff expenses

Control petty cash

Enter stock

Check and control stock levels

Purchase order processing

Month end purchase ledger procedures

Potentially help with Credit control

HR

Maintaining company advertisement

Full training will be given.

Commitment for work weekends as well.

Person Specification:

Right to have work in the UK as a British settlement person.

Required 1 to 2 years’ experience in the same field

Good telephone manner

Good Maths Skills

Bookkeeping skills

IT Skills – Excel, Word & Outlook essential. Internet explorer, Google chrome, Firefox, are desirable but not essential.

Driving license will be preferable but not necessary.
